Return Eligibility
- Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return

- We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours.
- Ship the product back in its original condition.
Refund Process
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
- Card payments: Refund to original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Received a damaged or wrong product? Contact us immediately with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
